All Lakehead Public Schools Kindergarten Programs provide instruction and play-based learning where children develop socially and emotionally through interaction with their peers and the adults who teach and guide them. Students develop their capacity in language and mathematics, and engage in healthy physical activities and the arts.

Children arrive at school with different backgrounds, experiences and are at different stages of development. Teachers and parents working together can provide learning experiences that will build each student鈥檚 confidence and give everyone the best possible start.

The basic translation goal is to capture the general intention of the original English material. Before you act on translated information, we encourage you to confirm any facts that are important to you or may affect any decisions you make.
